Job-Details
Requirements:
• Minimum Holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Aeronautical Engineering, or related field
• Has Experience as PPC for around 1-2 years are more preferable
• Communicative in English both orally and written
• Proactive and attention to details person
• Willing to be placed in Pondok Cabe Airport, Tangerang Selatan
Responsibilities:
• for analysing the Service Bulletins (SBs) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs) in the work packs for compliance prior to aircraft induction.
• in the preparation and drafting of work order for maintenance tasks.
• for analysing work packs for special tooling requirements prior to aircraft induction.
• supplied work scopes and contractual requirements.
• requirement of spare parts / materials, tooling’s and equipment to prepare work package documentation.
• spare pre-load listing together with date of requirement and submit to Material Department for actions
• closely with relevant internal department to ensure all resources are ready to be deployed prior to aircraft arrival.
• with Quality Department to ensure Regulatory, Company and Customer requirements are met when carrying out above work package.
• Project Schedule and Gannt Charts with critical paths and actions and maintains / updates chart during course of Project.
• man-hours and costing and update total Project costing regularly.
• daily updates of Project status in terms of percentage completion and updates total planned costing on a weekly basis as well as summary analysis for Management.
• with Logistic Department to ensure timely availability of spare parts and material including components sent out for Overhaul or Repair within planned cost / schedule.
• analyse and communicate requirement, schedules and critical time-line items to Project Engineer and Logistics personnel so that it goes as accordance to contract.
• with all function that is relevant for the completion of project
