Job Summary:
• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Branch to attain overall objectives and targets set by Management.
• Responsible for compliance by the Branch with all Bank policies, guidelines and procedures as well as the applicable rules and regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), etc.
• Responsible for implementing service standards set by Management in order to offer the best service to the Clients to foster continued Branch patronage and Bank loyalty.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
