Job Briefs:

You are expected to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Conduct Performance Reviews for members in your team that are directly reporting to you
• Keep in sync with the HR department’s company policy and help implement them within the team that you are handling
• Track progress of each of the members in your team
• Set goals for each of the members in your team
• Update and manage marketing email lists and segments on HubSpot
• Overseeing social media postings
• Work closely with the sales team to produce collateral for pitches and proposals
• Support marketing performance analysis and reporting
• Assist with lead nurturing email communications
• Update website, experienced in WordPress
• Monitor competitor performance
• Assist with the development of pitch proposals ensuring all information is up-to-date
• Update and maintain marketing and sales collateral library

Work Qualities
• Skilled and comfortable with data manipulation enrichment (eg: CRM)
• Responsible and can be a productive member of the team
• Attention to detail and good at following instructions
• Flexibility, a problem solver when it comes to client management and other day to day tasks
• Good at collaborating and providing feedback, and accepting feedback from their team
• Excellent copywriting and grammar skills
• Digital Marketing agency experience
• Ability to work both proactively and reactively
• Well versed in using LinkedIn
• Great attention to details

Experience & Requirements
• At least 5+ years of full-time digital marketing management experience
• Created marketing campaigns on Hubspot
• HubSpot Portfolio Creative Campaigns (content and data) or Portfolios from any other channels.
• Required language(s): Must be fluent in both writing and speaking English
• Access to laptop/computer, high speed internet
• Prefer to have Hubspot related certifications (but not required)

Useful Information
• Work Mondays through Fridays; 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Accrued 28 Paid holidays & accrued 4 Sick Leaves
• Additional 3 days Paid holidays between Christmas and New Year
• 3 months probationary period

Monthly Salary depending on qualifications and experiences ranges from: PHP 32,000 to PHP 70,000
