Role Summary:
As an International Recruitment Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and attracting international candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in global talent acquisition, giving you the opportunity to develop essential skills in recruitment strategy, international hiring processes, and candidate management.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for global roles through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
• Support the recruitment team in managing candidate databases and tracking applications
· Coordinate with international candidates for interviews and follow-ups
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles
• Help draft and post job descriptions for international roles
• Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices
· Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
To Qualify You Will Need:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Interest in global talent acquisition and recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
