Salary from £125,000 - £155,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus & Benefits (8% Tax)
This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their top-flight Corporate transactional practice in the British Virgin Islands. Applicants will need to be UK or Offshore qualified lawyers, with a minimum of five years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate role. The position will entail undertaking a broad and varied transactional caseload, often acting for major UK and internationally listed entities, and spanning private and public M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, and specialist shareholder advice. You'll be working closely with other members of the team and reporting to their group leader in the BVI. Foreign language skills would be advantageous, while excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
