Job-Details

• Prepare and place daily orders and weekly order
• Prepare and adjust the weekly staff roaster
• Maintain the outlet in a perfect physical shape (daily and periodic cleaning, follow up on maintenance needs…)
• Reports on daily basis the financial results of the venue
• Develop a strong relationship with all internal and external guests
• Train, coach and develop the service team (25-30 employees)
• Develop and maintain a positive working environment through transparent feedback, constant communication meeting and daily briefing
• Supervise and train the guest relation team
• Establish a communication system with the production team in order to achieve a high degree of guest’s satisfaction
• Coordinate the business volume with the valet parking company
