The Receptionist is in charge of welcoming members and visitors, taking reservations, routing calls, addressing questions about member accounts, and generally delivering great service to members. various administrative duties and, when necessary, offers support to other team members.

Qualifications:
• Keep track of office and file cabinet keys, as well as sign-out ledgers for various pieces of office equipment.
• Meet and greet study participants, visitors, employees, and messengers. Discover the reason for the visit and take the guest to their desired locations.
• Participate in staff meetings, such as those for the office of operations, finance, and performance management, as required.
• Utilize a phone system with many lines to field calls, screen potential callers, relay messages, and provide information.
• filing, copying, collating, faxing, and other clerical duties as needed.
• Ensure that all visitors and employees are properly signed in and out. The whereabouts of employees must be kept track of at all times.
• Calls should be answered, vetted, and routed appropriately, with relevant information provided to the caller.
• Handle billing, data entry, word processing, establishing new case files and drafting correspondence.
• Coordinate the collection of personnel data and the updating of relevant databases, covering such areas as new hires, employee tracking, and yearly compliance updates.
• It is their job to respond to inquiries in the CMMS, and provide backup training in addition to other administrative duties.

Skills:
• Competence in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• Basic computer skills include being able to use Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
