Altivate is hiring a Saudi-National (preferrable) Account Executive to contribute to its exponential growth in the K.S.A market.

Job Summary:

Plan, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing clients in order to assure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate sales against quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct annual and quarterly account planning.
• Maintain awareness of products and relevant sales techniques to ensure target achievement.
• Display and deliver exemplar customer service and consulting abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Skills, knowledge and capabilities:
• ERP knowledge or software service sales.
• Account Managament experience.
• Sales experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong customer facing skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a relevant field.

3 to 5 years of account management work experience in KSA
