Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus. ● At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, in the fitness or wellness industry will be a plus ● Proactively research about market, business operation and be able to work independently ● Familiar with Southeast Asia market (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam…) ● Strong understanding about planning business strategy to expanding to new markets ● Excellent leadership and people management skills. ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
