In this context, we are looking for competent and passionate professionals for a position of Construction Project Manager M/F.

This position is located ONSHORE in Angola with a 4*4 ROTATION.

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:
• Fluent in Projects Management System and good experience in project management tools application. Ensure IIF culture is reflected during the everyday work processes, system design, fabrication, facility installation pre-commissioning and
commissioning.
• Manage, coordinate, and oversee engineering team activities in or outside Angola. Coordinates engineering and technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Expedite equipment packages and vendor data. Ensures an effective interface between work sites, contractor teams, Chevron site teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders. Provide technical responses to contractor inquiries and design deviations.
• Experience with Stakeholders engagement to build alignment on project. Skilled level of competency in managing safe work practices with specific field-based experience in development of Isolation of Hazardous Energy procedures and Confined Space Entry. Ability to lead, coach, and ensure consistent application of MSW approach across business partner crews.
• Demonstrate experience developing and using SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), PTW (permit-to-work) systems, JSAs (Job Safety Analysis), SIMOPS, risk mitigation plans, contractor safety and safety work processes related to construction activities.
• Demonstrate ability to consistently understand and apply Human Performance principles to deliver safety expectations for all projects, with specific emphasis on incident prevention
