AltGen Botswana PTY LTD is looking for an Operations Supervisor to be based in Gaborone, Botswana, with community relations exposure to supervise our general labour provision services to the renewable energy industry throughout Botswana. If you have your bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of experience in dealing with community-based labour engagements then you're the perfect fit. You need to have excellent project management abilities, and strong organisational and communications abilities, with a focus on the delivery of urgent project deliverables in short time frames.
Specific tasks will include managing timesheets, provision of PPE, payroll verifications, experience with employee contracts, negotiation skills and an ability to independently evaluate potential candidates without favour. This role is structured as a monthly contract basis and is only open to citizens of Botswana.
