Job details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UI/UX Designer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front end design and development, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Back end development will be a bonus.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts to development teams.
• Develop and maintain front-end code that adheres to industry best practices and accessibility standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all products and platforms.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development. If you don't have prior work experience, a portfolio of projects demonstrating skills and experience should be provided
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates your design and development skills.
