Better starts and ends with the customer

Well want you to be successful and meet your sales goals by managing a portfolio of agents based in Senegal and increasing their sales.
You will support and supervise the activation of the agent (retail and/or digital). You will be responsible for the life cycle of the agent in its territory.

You will oversee the productivity of the points of sale, whether they are old or new, that is, ensuring that they generate the transactions for the business.

For such an important role, you will have significant client-facing sales experience and customer service in a global and multicultural environment, ideally for the Senegalese market.
You may have a bachelors degree in Business administration or Marketing. Youll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills.

Youll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present, and listen to your agents and build trust and confidence with them while you are reporting your strategy and achievements on a weekly basis to your direct supervisor.
Advanced English and French required.
