Responsibility and Authority

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall administration of assigned system(s).
• Plan and suggest improvements for assigned system(s).
• Carry out troubleshooting, including coordination with third parties if applicable.
• Coordinate changes and updates with all Technical Leads as required.
• Support users in utilizing the assigned systems in the most efficient way.
• Follow up on tickets assigned through current IT Helpdesk tracking system.
• Solve any issues in close cooperation with assigned super user and IT Helpdesk.
• Report status and progress in department meetings.
• Ensure adherence to the IT Policy and the IT Handbook and report any issue.
• Ensure that assigned system(s) is documented in department’s agreed document system and accordance with corporate requirements.
• Instantly report relevant updates and problems in area of responsibility to IT Helpdesk and the rest of the IT & Systems management team (SVP, Managers and Technical Leads).
• Share information and competence in the department in general, and continuously propose improvements of department services.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or other relevant major.
• Long relevant experience may replace formal education.

Experience
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience with IT system administration.
• Previous experience from large enterprise IT administration with multiple locations is an advantage.

• Positive service attitude.
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Analytical, with a structured and systematic work approach.
• Ability to deliver high quality work on time.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, ability to communicate and explain to users at all levels.

Knowledge
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

• Some travel may be required
