Job details

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accurate books of accounts as per regulations
• Verifying statistical records for accuracy
• Processing accounting transactions and statistics
• Efficiently maintaining a filing system for records and documents
• Safeguarding invoices, receipts, and other accounting records
• Supervising routine accounting operations and subordinate staff

Requirements for Appointment:
• A Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, or KATC Final
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Accounts Assistant II
• Demonstrated merit and ability in work performance and results
• Proficiency in computer applications
