Position: Field Facilitator World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Position: Field Facilitator (Grade 11) 1 Position based in Chikwawa Purpose of the position: The purpose of the Field Facilitator position is to work with community members for World Vision standard distribution procedures, and providing end user monitoring and accurate documentation on all asset creation and commodity distributions. Knowledge, qualification and experience required Prospective candidates should have a minimum of Diploma in Disaster Management, Humanitarian Affairs, Community Development, Development Studies and any relate field, This position requires a mature candidate, a self-starter, with dedication and ability to work with loss or no supervision Must demonstrate willingness to lean and work with others as a team Candidates should also have at least 1 -2 years’ previous experience in a related field. Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions. Candidates should also be wiling to live and work in very difficult and security-risk areas. Good command of oral and written English. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
