Local Government Service Commission is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawians for the following vacancies existing at M’mbelwa District Council.
POSITION: ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
GRADE : K/M9
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should be holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management from recognized institution or Serving Senior Clerical Officer (Grade L) with a minimum of four (4) yearsu2019 experience at that grade.
DUTIES:
Supervising junior staff at the registry.
Assisting in interpreting MPSR, MPSCR and circulars issued from time to time.
Participate in counselling and settling disputes among junior staff.
Managing personnel and policy records;
Updating monthly staff returns
Capturing Human Resource Events and reporting appropriately to management
Assisting in the preparation of annual budget
Any other duties assigned by management.
