EXPAT RESIDENT ROLE – LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – MAPUTO MOZAMIQUE
Requited for Major Oil and Gas Mega Project
• Overseeing cargo transportation chain operations in Mozambique for Mozambique project.
• Coordinating Contractors and transport providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Works with Contractors assist with domestic and international shipments, with regard given to shipping transit time and associated costs.
• Support the quality system by creating and maintaining, procedures, and records, as applicable.
• Liaising with other Departments, Affiliate and Suppliers overseas to ensure the property equipment is supplied.
• Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure compliance and alignment with Company requirements and contractual obligations.
• Produce weekly activity report (cargo, air, road, etc…)
• Minimum 5 years’experience in Oil & Gas and 7 years’experience and good knowledge of Customs
• More than 3 years’ experience in coordination role in Logistics and Freight Forwarding
