Actuar como oficial de ligação e resolução para o Departamento de Cobranças relativamente a reclamações, solicitações dos balcões, e dar suporte a todos os trabalhos administrativos do departamento de cobranças e recuperações.

Job Description

Customer Experience
• Gestão de reclamações do BOC
• Gestão Do Share Point de Solicitações do Balcão
• Gestão de reclamações do Banco Central.
• Gestão do pre-deliquency (extração e processamento de dados)
• Relatórios de performance (Actividades do Collection)
• Reconciliações (GL´s, conta de recuperação e DM)
• Extração e tratamento de dados (DM, BOC, Sharepoint)
• Automação de processos de cobranças e de gestão (Envio de SMS´s, Gefu´s, Robot
• Reconciliações
• Earmarking
