Job details
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for production at the Windhoek site,
• Monitoring, control and optimization of production processes as well as compliance with production targets,
• Management, motivation and development of employees including personnel and shift planning (2-3 shift operation),
• Close cooperation with sales, purchasing and administration,
• Independent management of the most important products in the supply chain (wood, recyclate, additives, consumables and wear materials) of defined suppliers,
• Organizing and implementing repairs and maintenance, quickly overcoming downtimes,
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
• Direct contact person for shift supervisors,
• Quality assurance and documentation,
• Continuous technical reporting to the management
