KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Extensive knowledge of standard office practices, procedures and equipment; ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures; thorough knowledge of business English, spelling and arithmetic; thorough knowledge of division programs and policies; ability to word process and use a 10-key accurately and at a reasonable rate of speed; ability to make arithmetical calculations and maintain budgets; ability to analyze reports for reasonableness; ability to meet the public effectively; ability to operate a variety of word processing and other office equipment; skill in interpreting data; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to utilize MS Excel, Word, and G Suite applications and communicate via email.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school including or supplemented by courses in office practices/procedures and extensive clerical and administrative assistant experience. Experience using Munis preferred.
