We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and hiring top talent, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying potential in candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by recruiting the best talent available.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personnel recruitment for jobs in the defined area (IT, Test Engineering, Design, Finance, Quality...)
• Conduct personnel selection process for jobs in defined area.
• Conduct personnel selection meetings and support hiring decisions in cooperation with the functional departments.
• Forcast quarterly and annual hiring needs for the E-Support functions Departments.
• Conduct sourcing/online research according to the input from the job specification.
• Prepare, conduct and assess the selection tests for the respective area of responsibility.
• Support projects within the department in the area of time management, promotions, employee transfers, benefits, etc.
• Cooperate in the definition of job requirements/specifications together with the business units.
• Review application documents and provide corresponding recommendations.
• Prepare documents and consolidate data for HR reporting.
• Prepare documents according to guidelines (e.g. employment contracts, references, etc)
• Participate in the recruiting forums.
• Participate in the recruitment events with Institutes, associations, employment offices, training centers…
• Monitoring and supporting the integration of the new recruits.

Profile:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in management, business administration, and Human Resources Management.
• Knowledge in HR and Recruitment
• Fluent English.
• Master Pack Office.
