Role & Responsibilities

The BN Technical Engineer is the connection to ZTE customers & partners and builds effective working relationships while solving their issues, managing expectations, and leaving the customer feeling valued. The Technical Engineer will

•Provide technical support to partners and/or customers for ZTE technologies, products, and/or solutions.

•Escalate some specific problems to ZTE HQ team for further solution.

•Work closely with his/her colleagues to achieve common goals.

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelor+ degree in a technical field

•at least 3 years' experience in Telecom or IT related area

•Commitment and ability to resolve complex technical problems, multitask, and be dedicated to customer success

•Innate crisis management skills and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems

•Experience interacting with customer or in a client facing role.

•Know about the common solution of ISP Backbone or Metro network

Desired Skills

•Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VRRP, ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN or Knowledge of DWDM/OTN/SDH

•CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred

•Network troubleshooting experience
