Simscore Cleaning Services is looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of the company’s working shifts. You will be tasked with the general supervision of your subordinates, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance.
You will oversee the daily workings of warehouse operations. Your duties will include monitoring, supervising and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintaining a high-quality standard of product production and delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.
• Supervises the production, procurement, and monitoring of daily operations.
• Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met.
• Monitors the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate.
• Ensures the production team has enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on the client’s request.
• Monitors all schedules so as to meet deadlines.
• Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
• Monitors production, packaging and distribution of chemicals.
• Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment.
• Follows up on interruptions to the orders.
• Monitors, supervises and implements inventory activity.
• Monitors all health and safety regulations so as to make sure they are followed.
• Provides guidance to employees.
• Sales representative.

Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant degree or dipoma.
• Highly Organized.
• Must have a clean Driver’s License.
• Understanding of Stock Management Systems.
• Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Both Written and Verbal; Leadership Skills.
• Experience in Negotiating and Working With Suppliers.
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment.
