A leading Chinese asset manager is hiring a seasoned sales professional to lead its sales team in either Hong Kong or Singapore. The position is responsible for sales and distribution strategy for external institutional, corporate, and distribution clients outside mainland China.
The candidate should have a clear understanding of different fund product and service strengths, challenges of marketing asset management products and services from a predominantly China-focused asset manager to regional and global clients, and a clear plan to address those challenges.
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of relevant sales management experience in asset management or other applicable financial services business line
• Strong sense of personal accountability, diligence, initiative, and responsibility for owning issues through to resolution, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Keen to work and able to thrive in a fast-growing business with a very broad range of asset management business lines
• Business-level Mandarin and English
