(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) You will be responsible for: supporting Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development to ensure smooth running of the sales floor merchandise and inventory movement; working closely with retail supervisors to monitor daily sales operations, understock, inventory movement to and from warehouse, display stock levels and replenishment; supporting the overall sales floor to maximize sales; coordinating special client requests, damages, returns, replenishment and other inventory needs to promote floor sales; preparing replenishment requests, monitoring stock levels and sales trends and update for management; liaising with IT team for relevant system issues; coordinating closely with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth inventory movement and accountability; and performing any other ad hoc task as assigned by the supervisor when required. You should: possess a recognised university graduate in any relevant discipline; have minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in retail operations gained from multinational organisations; possess good knowledge of retail point of sale system like Xstore and SOP processes; have strong understanding of merchandising and performance monitoring; be a fast learner with good working attitude and be able to work cooperatively with others; be creative and enthusiastic about innovation and not scared to roll their sleeves up when things get hectic; able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and demonstrate strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail; strong sense in work prioritizing and multi tasking under pressure; be highly organised, reliable, and resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; be able to work on irregular hours or shifts as and when necessary; be computer literate with knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
