About our client:
Our client is a leading organisation with business presence arcoss the globe. They are currently hiring a Senior / Company Secretary Officer role who joining their company secretarial department, providing all-rounded company secretarial support to the business.
Description
• Collaborate with the Company Secretarial Manager to deliver corporate secretarial services to a variety of non-listed client firms.
• Manage a wide range of corporate secretarial responsibilities independently for private companies, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory obligations for both Hong Kong, Asia Pacific, Europe and offshore entities.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain corporate records of registers including minutes & resolutions, business licenses, and corporate forms/information
Requirement
• Degree holder of Company Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration/ Corporate Governance Translation
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience and some of which gained from professional firm / inhouse
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent stakeholders management skillsets
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills working within a matrix structure
