Our client is a SFC 1,4,6,9 licensed company who is looking for a lawyer with solid M&A experience. Reporting to Head of Legal, you will be providing day to day legal support on investment transactions, litigation, general commercial and regulatory issues.

• Provide legal advice and daily support to the various investment teams
• Provide support on structuring and documentation of M&A and NPL related transactions
• Day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of commercial agreements for the Group
• Handle litigation, arbitration and other disputes of the Group
skills & experiences required.
• 2-4 PQE from a reputable international Law firm or in-house counsel at a leading financial institution
• HK Qualification or common law jurisdiction qualification is a must
• Solid experience of M&A or Litigation is a plus
• Good drafting, communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English
