Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Static Data Control team under Hong Kong Wealth Management Operations (WMO) to ensure account onboarding and static data maintenance requests are properly processed within SLA.
• Lead and implement various change initiatives and projects in terms of system and processing procedure by considering operation flows, regulatory and control requirements.
• Liaise with business partners on user requirements, participating and monitoring the UAT status to ensure achieving project timeline.
• Handling new business request work with COO Office to update Operation procedure and policy
• Deliver continuous process improvements, in view of the changing operating and regulatory environment.
• Engage in system enhancement and development project
• Assist in Audit, regulatory review, FATCA and CRS reporting, etc
• Promptly response and provide solution on RM/CS enquiries Requirements:
• University degree with minimum 8 years relevant experience within the Banking & Finance industry, preferable with at least 5 years in managerial role
• Ability to improve processes, coordinate multiple tasks and strong teamwork spirit
• Solid experience and knowledge in system enhancement project and process improvement/re-engineering
• Good knowledge and experience in International Tax Regulations (FATCA//CRS) documentation handling and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Private banking knowledge is preferable. Digital mindset and experience in Avaloq would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) Apply Now
