We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager, M&A and Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the life insurance industry, as well as experience in corporate development, M&A, and business strategy.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead and manage aspects of our M&A and strategic initiatives, supporting the local business units to generate and implement their strategic plan, in line with Group strategy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing our overall business strategy, as well as providing strategic guidance to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in M&A and strategic planning. They will also have a strong understanding of the life insurance industry, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, they will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Concurrent to this, two key financial objectives in the company s near future have been outline:
• new business profit growth of 15% to 20% compound annual growth between 2022 and 2027;
• and achieving double-digit compound annual growth in operating free surplus generate from in-force insurance and asset management between 2022 and 2027.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all aspects of our M&A and strategic initiatives
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies
• Integrate acquired businesses into our existing operations
• Develop and implement our overall business strategy
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in M&A and strategic planning
• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
