• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the entire group.
• Improve and implement accounting policies, procedures, and financial reporting systems for the group.
• Aid in the development of financial management systems, management reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with external professionals such as auditors, financial advisors, and bankers.
• Manage ad hoc assignments and special projects as required.
skills & experiences required.
• Bachelor degree holder in Finance / Accounting or other relevant major
• 3 years of relevant consolidaiton experience
• CPA Finalist would also be considered
• Fluent in English and Chinese
