Position Title

Core Operations is currently seeking a ‘Performance Coordinator’ based out of our Jakarta office.

Fitch’s Performance Operations team is part of the Ratings Operations Group and this role supports the Structured Finance department around the world by providing the latest data from trustee reports. Fitch’s Structured Finance analysts maintain existing ratings and assign ratings to new structured finance transactions.

We’ll Count on You To:
• Manage the collection and processing of surveillance report data from external sources into internal applications/databases
• Monitor the capture of report data through bespoke tools (built in VBA)
• Validate data through the complete workflow cycle
• Build working relationships with ratings’ analysts to review and maintain the data
• Write and maintain internal process and training documentation

What You Need to Have:
• The team is seeking a Mandarin speaker to assist with the monthly reporting of Chinese transactions
• The role involves close interaction with Fitch colleagues in offices around the world so experience showing communication skills and a cooperative attitude are essential
• A keen eye for detail that can be evidenced through experience in a similar data-related role or areas of study involving large volumes of data
• Basic level of reading and writing in Chinese Mandarin

What Would Make You Stand Out:
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter and keen to learn
• Possess the ability to communicate clearly via calls/video
• The candidate must be able to deliver to tight timelines and have competent computer literacy
• An intermediate/advanced understanding of VBA or Python would be an advantage.
