We are looking for P&ED Specialist - Benefits based in Jakarta.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Perform operational and transactional services related to Employees Benefit by collaborating with other departments in P&ED, includes handling incoming queries and reviewing business cases based on local guidelines/practices to ensure that service levels are met or exceeded and keep improving Employees Experience.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1-2 years' experience in handling Business Process or HR Process, specific in handling company Compensation & Benefit programs will be an advantage
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Have decent knowledge of HR Policy
• Agile and have strong teamwork & collaboration
• Good Analytic and Communication skill
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willing to be located at Jakarta/Surabaya.
