Qualifications & Experience
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Having experience 3-5 year relevant to this role (prefer that familiar with logistic & expedition knowledge).
• Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Computer Network, Windows Server, Active Directory, Manager Router Cisco & Mikrotik, VMWare, OS Windows & Linux, Firewall & Antivirus.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Managing IT Equipment, hardware and all peripheral, such as desktop computer, laptop, modem, printer, photocopy, telephone etc.
• Repairs and maintenance with initial installation of Server and Computer, Laptop, and any equipment between printers, monitors, UPS, Fingerprint Hardware, and all tools related to be needed.
• Understanding Network Systems (IP), DDNS, CLOUD, SERVER Have extensive knowledge regarding CCTV & other IT hardware.
• Have knowledge of how Network setup/installation works.
• Able to coordinate with operational teams and users.
• Understanding Windows OS
