Join our dynamic team, a leading player in the logistics industry! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant. Your Role
Your primary objective will be to provide executive administrative support to the Cluster, National or Area
Manager + other nominated senior leaders. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external
stakeholders. Your Responsibilities
• To coordinate + arrange meetings, workshops + other business events.
• To manage travel logistics including flight + hotel booking + transportation arrangement for manager(s) +
incoming visitor(s).
• To format + review a variety of documents including letters, reports, + presentations.
• To ensure that invoices + other financial matters are addressed in a timely manner, via internal processes.
• To prepare + coordinate items/documents for meetings, training + company events.
• To respond to incoming calls + inquiries internally + externally.
• To handle sensitive materials maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
• To anticipate the Cluster, National, or Area Manager’s needs in advance for meetings + respond to
confidential + sensitive material with sophistication.
• To provide ad hoc support on a case by case basis.
Your Skills and Experiences
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in logistics
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa, both written and verbal
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Strong team player with a willingness to go above and beyond
• Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication, arrangement, and coordination skills
