Detailed Work Profile

1. Work with senior stakeholders (Govt.
officers etc)
2. Active planning, budgeting,
reporting, auditing, paper work, letter
drafting and strategy decisions.
3. Develop, implement, and review
operational policies and procedures.
4. Assist HR with recruiting when
necessary.
5. Help promote a company culture that
encourages top performance and high
morale.
6. Ensure all legal and regulatory
documents are filed and monitor
compliance with laws and
regulations.
7. Work with the board of directors to
determine values and mission, and
plan for short and long-term goals.
8. Identify and address problems and
opportunities for the company.
9. Build alliances and partnerships with
other organizations.
10. Support worker communication with
the management team.
