As we embark on this culinary journey, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to join our team and help us bring our vision to life.
Responsibilities:
Take the helm of the kitchen and oversee all culinary operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and taste.
Craft innovative menus that seamlessly blend Continental and Asian influences, catering to a diverse range of palates.
Manage kitchen staff effectively, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Implement efficient systems for scheduling, inventory management, and cost control to maximize productivity and profitability.
Collaborate closely with management to launch and manage multiple outlets ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
Expertise in both Continental and Asian cuisine, with a passion for creating bold and flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and mentoring kitchen staff.
Proficiency in kitchen management software and tools for scheduling, inventory control, and cost analysis.
Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification preferred
