Job Brief
We are in search of a skilled Freelance Social Media Manager to elevate our brand's social media presence. This role involves crafting and curating engaging content across social media platforms, analyzing user engagement, and implementing strategies to boost our social media performance. As the face of Sekeron on these platforms, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company image, engaging with artists and followers, and achieving our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Develop original content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos, tailored to resonate with our audience.
2. Content Curation: Curate creative and engaging posts that align with our brand's ethos and audience's interests.
3. Engagement Analysis: Monitor and analyze user engagement to inform content strategy and optimization.
4. Community Building: Actively communicate with artists and followers to foster a robust and supportive network.
5. Innovation: Continually explore new strategies and technologies to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
6. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about trends in social media, digital marketing, and the artistic community.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with content creation for social media, including understanding of various platforms' specific requirements and best practices.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with artists and followers.
- A keen eye for digital trends and a creative mindset for introducing innovative social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a freelance environment.
