Your "day to day":
• Manage the referral strategy to attract new and retain regular consumers;
• Supervise interactions with external advertising agencies in order to create marketing materials that comply with brand standards, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures;
• Conduct marketing campaigns based on consumer experience;
• Plan and manage the budget, ensuring the full use of resources;
• Work closely with the Reduced Risk Product Department and other departments to ensure a common approach to customer experience and marketing programs;
• Track analytics and reporting on the achievement of key performance indicators in accordance with business goals as part of the referral strategy.
Who we're looking for:
• At least 3 years of experience in digital technologies in the B2C segment;
• Strong understanding of online business models, CRM metrics, digital technologies;
• Experience in budget planning and management;
• At least 1 year of team management experience;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently interact with internal and external customers, including working with suppliers;
• Experience in implementing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
