Join our Services_EMEA team within Services division in Kazakhstan as Sales engineer to help us take our business development in Kazakhstan to the next level.

This vacancy is open in Services division (rotating equipment services), sales engineer will be responsible for pump spare parts and aftermarket business development in Kazakhstan and Middle Asia.

Market: oil&gas, power generation and other markets for engineering equipment.

In this role you will be accountable for:
• Work in sales of OEM spare parts and aftermarket solutions (duplicates, non-OEM parts, replacements and retrofits) . Promote and develop aftermarket business. Develop relationship with Customers and Key Intermediaries/Traders in the region.
• Preparing of quotations and tendering documentation. Following tendering procedures, communication with Customers.
• Orders processing (registration in ERP, placing orders with Manufacturing legal entities, orders confirmation, communication projects execution with customers, technical support of forwarders, support of Finance with Sales forecasting and payments procedures)
• Follow up price agreements and pricebooks with Alliance customers (Chevron, Shell and others).
• Support Regional Sales Manager and Retrofit Specialist with developing relationship with key customers.
• Deliver results on Order Intakes and Sales, based on Rolling Forecasts.
• Provide feedback/information from the Market, supporting sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
• Drive high Sulzer’s standards of quality, safety and business conduct.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Higher technical degree;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of centrifugal pumps and other dynamic equipment;
• Experience in the oil and gas industry, oil refining and petrochemistry - more than 5 years, in active sales - more than 3 years;
• Experience in OEM aftermarket sales;
• Knowledge of Mid-Asian (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan) market – preferrable;
• Fluency in English and Russian;
• Proactivity, independence, customer orientation;
• Readiness for business trips;
• Experience in conducting contractual activities;
• Business correspondence skills, negotiation skills, competent oral and written speech;
• Experience with Salesforce (desirable);
• Knowledge of the MS Office package at the advanced user level.
