Our Infrastructure Advisory team provides guidance to clients on matters related to finance, procurement, strategy, and public-private partnerships in the context of significant infrastructure projects and programs. By joining this team, you will contribute to supporting our clients throughout various stages, starting from initial analysis and project evaluation, all the way to procurement, financial closure, construction, and operations. Your role will involve assisting clients in developing strategies, evaluating economic impacts, comparing financial plans, and exploring different delivery approaches for projects involving public or private financing, project revenues, and/or grants. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in implementing these plans effectively. Our team is committed to delivering in a number of key industry sectors such as Transport, Power and Utilities, Waste management, and Health and Social Services

Responsibilities:
• Leading client projects and ensuring their successful management
• Strong knowledge of analyzing financial statements, conducting complex financial analysis on excel and developing project finance style financial models
• Utilizing project management skills and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage client interactions and collaborate with team members
• Developing and empowering high-performing teams, providing coaching and guidance to drive meaningful outcomes and aligning them with the strategic direction to deliver exceptional client service
• Demonstrating an extensive understanding of clients and their businesses, staying updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices.
• Assuming responsibility for content creation across various deliverables by working closely with the Manager and Director on Information Memorandums, Financial Models, term sheets, feasibility and concept reports and senior management presentations
• Preparing new business proposals and supporting material

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in infrastructure advisory, advising government and private sector clients on major infrastructure transactions, involving strategy, commercial and/or financial analysis and advice with prior experience in Big 4, advisory boutiques and other companies with a focus on the public sector, PPP and infrastructure industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Knowledge of the public sector and infrastructure industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Russian and Kazakh (preferred but not essential)
• Strong MS Office capabilities across PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Advanced financial and business modeling and analysis skills
• Sector expertise considered desirable, e.g. Government, Transport, Social Infrastructure
• CFA charter holder and/or APMG PPP certification (preferred but not essential
