Genesis CSP is looking for a Business Development Representative who will support and develop our existing business. We need a person who is interested in media business as well as having strong communication and analytical skills. We have a hybrid-work format (right to work from home as well as from office), competitive salary and very interesting and challenging workflow.

Job description
As a Business Development Representative, you will contribute to our international growth by identifying, communicating with, and forging partnerships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- analysis of international YouTube markets, including internet penetration, user statistics, advertising trends, and regulatory landscapes.
- creating databases of YouTube channels/partners based on specific partnership criteria, like breakdown by content type, subscriber amount, CPM/RPM, and more.
- engaging in cold outreach to potential partners via Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- preparation of commercial offers.
- monitoring and managing corporate email communications and responding to inbound partner inquiries.
- conducting calls and meetings with partners to discuss cooperation terms.
- analysis of the CSP market - competitors' weaknesses and strengths (SWOT analysis), comparison with Genesis operations, recommendations for improvement, and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- Fluent written and oral English
- Bachelor (4th year) or up to 2 years of professional experience
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or media – will be a plus
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of YouTube – will be a plus
