Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join Haleon, a leading global healthcare company. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans to drive the growth and success of our products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the brand's objectives are achieved. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive brand positioning and differentiation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, including healthcare professionals and consumers, to create compelling messaging and communication strategies.
• New product implementations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure effective implementation of brand plans and campaigns.
• Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Monitor brand performance and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage brand budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with global brand teams to adapt and localize global marketing strategies and assets to suit local market needs.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively promote the brand and achieve sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively address challenges and leverage opportunities.
• Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role within the healthcare or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management strategies, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market research, and customer insights to drive brand strategies and decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements would be a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to identify innovative solutions and opportunities.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and business growth.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
