Beko Central Asia company is looking for a Logistics Specialist who will directly report to Supply Chain Team Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related functional areas
• Having experience in home appliances industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Turkish highly preferable)
• Basic knowledge of logistics, incoterms, 3pl warehousing operations, customs clearance documentation, basic import operations
• Good command of SAP MM/SD/WM Modules & MS Office applications
The position is in Almaty.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Beko Central Asia is looking for a Logistics Specialist who will directly report to Supply Chain Team Leader.
• Issuing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, specifications). Sending, communicating copy of shipping documents to clients.
• Issuing full SAP transactions from good receipt to invoicing to clients
• Getting information from related customs authorities about crossing of border of goods. Completing all procedures for the goods coming from EAC countries.
• Preparation of letters, technical information and other necessary documentation for timely custom clearance. Follow up all letters coming from customs.
• Managing 3PL warehousing transactions in SAP
• Organizing domestic delivery within Kazakhstan with all necessary documentations. Communicating and coordinating with transport companies on operational level.
• Preparing all reporting required
• Maintaining full necessary set of documentation required according to legislation in coordination with Finance department
• Tracking of all shipments
• Dealing with reverse logistics operations with necessary documentation. Ensuring timely follow up and reply to client’s claims.
