As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:

· Conducting market research to understand key ESG trends in business and develop strategic view on ESG development

· Conducting analysis of business operations to identify various opportunities for ESG improvements

· Provide recommendations for the clients’ issues (including topics on ESG strategy, business processes, operations, market analysis and feasibility studies);

· Development of reports/ presentations on different ESG topics

· Assisting in the design, development, test and implementation of new business processes aimed at improving ESG practice in the company

· Managing a team of junior colleagues on daily basis

· Communicate with clients on project execution

· Work closely with senior colleagues

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

· Completed University degree in technical or scientific field (Sustainable development, Environmental science, Electrical Engineering);

· At least 4 years of relevant experience within scientific, engineering field, energy and power and/or other industry sectors with the focus on ESG

· GHG emission calculations

· Minimum one (1) year of experience as an in-charge / senior / team lead;

· Certificate in ESG areas (e.g., GRI, CFA in ESG investments) would be a strong plus

· Russian – fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written)

Soft skills:

· Ability to operate in multitask environment;

· Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint slides structuring and preparation);

· Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines;

· Business and analytical writing skills (both in Russia and in English).

· Candidate needs to be adaptable, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team;

· Ability to comfortably interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and mature manner;

· Ability to manage junior colleagues;

· Strong work ethics, integrity and judgment;

· Strong intellectual curiosity;

· Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills

You will be involved in the following activities:

· Development and implementation of strategies and management systems in the field of sustainable development;

· ESG ratings: development of a roadmap of measures to improve the company's position;

· Prioritizing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and integrating them into company strategy;

· Comprehensive assessment of the impact of business on the environment, society and economy;

· Consulting on sustainable development issues within the framework of operational activities;

· Diagnostics of the activities of suppliers and contractors in the field of sustainable development;

· Implementation of TCFD recommendations
