We are searching for HR Compliance Associate, who will join the team responsible for provision of personnel administration services to external clients.

Role and responsibilities
• Ongoing support of the clients with onboarding / offboarding / all employees' lifecycle event
• Personnel records management in 1C 3.1. software
• Consult clients on labour related matters
• Monitor the changes in legislation for any labour related matters, preparation of alerts for further distribution to our clients
• Conduct trainings / webinars on labour related matters with senior team members
• Follow the workflow and processes agreed for People and Organisation practice Knowledge and skills required
• High education (legal degree would be an advantage)
• Intermediate or above English;
• Experience on similar position min 1 year
• Knowledge of the RoK Labour Code and regulatory legal acts of RoK
• Quick learner, multi-tasking, excellent communication skills, respectful, team player, availability to work overtime (if required), ability to work under pressure;
• Desire to take a long-term position with stable and routine type of work;
• Quick learner, respectful, team player, ready to work overtime hours. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, 1C ZUP 3.1., Google
