Job details
We are looking for a Kazakhistan Finance Direktör our growing organization, with whom we will sign new projects together and develop and strengthen our company.
Responsibilities
• Graduated from relevant undergraduate / graduate departments of universities,
• At least 7 years of experience in Financial Affairs and Finance
• Good command of English and Russian
• Analytical, agile thinking, managerial-strategic perspective
• Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork oriented
• Committed to the principles of work discipline, time management and confidentiality
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Preferably familiar with the relevant modules of the SAP program,
• Will be able to live in Kazakhstan and carry out all fiscal & finance processes in Kazakhstan region,
Qualifications
• Ensuring the organization of all financial and fiscal affairs processes of Eren Retail in Kazakhstan region,
• Creation and implementation of organization/reporting processes of cash flow, risk forecasts and cash strategies,
• Coordinating the budget preparation process and presenting budget and activity reports to the management on a monthly and annual basis,
• Preparation of balance sheet and income statements,
• Preparation of monthly cost analysis reports,
• Following the current legislation and ensuring the implementation of legal changes that may occur,
• Proactively monitor accounting processes, financial and regulatory duties,
• Reviewing and preparing on tax planning and government incentives,
• Preparation of company financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standarts (IFRS),
• Ensuring the development of financial reporting systems
