工作职责 Responsibilities
• Administration responsibilities:
• Implement administrative policies and procedures, formulate and implement administration plans; report suggested improvement solutions based on applicable local laws and business development.
执行行政相关政策和规程,制定行政规划并实施;根据本地相关法规和业务发展,提出政策/规程的优化建议。
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials and other business documents.
起草函件、报告、演示材料和其他商务文件。
• Responsible for travel and accommodation management, visa application, vehicle rental management of employee and apartment management of Chinese expatriates.
负责差旅管理、签证办理、员工用车管理及中方外派人员公寓管理。
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, events, training and various company activities and collect Mindray and its partners’ marketing activities materials (words, photos, videos).
筹备协调各类会议、培训等公司活动,收集公司或其合作伙伴的营销活动信息(文字,照片,视频)。
• Asset management:
• Ensure that all fixed assets are recorded accurately, according to company policy, track all fixed assets of subsidiary.
保证固定资产信息被准确地记录,管理固定资产的全生命周期。
• Facilities management:
• Responsible for the daily management of office premises, including but not limited to: office environment management, maintenance and cleaning, meeting room management, safety management, etc.
负责办公场所日常运营管理工作,包括但不限于:办公环境管理、卫生管理、会议室管理、安全管理等。
• Liaise with suppliers and internal relevant team, responsible for negotiation with suppliers of contract signing, renewal, and termination.
与供应商和内部相关部门保持沟通,负责与供应商进行合同签订、更新、终止谈判。
• Order stationery items and ensuring stationery supplies are maintained.
订购办公用品,确保办公用品的正常供应。
• 其他 Others
• Assist in handling entry and resignation procedures and signing documents, assist HQ to practice new team member training program and assist in arranging candidates for interviews and visits when necessary.
协助办理入离职手续及文件签署,协助总部执行新员工培训支持,必要时协助安排面试候选人到访等。
• Complete other business tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or local GM.
完成直接上级或子公司总经理交办的其他工作事项。

职位要求 Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business or Administration or related discipline is preferred.
本科及以上学历,工商管理、行政或相关专业优先。
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills in English and Russian. Speaking Chinese is a plus.

英语、俄语熟练,跨文化沟通和人际交往能力优秀;会中文者优先。
• Minimum 3 years’ full time work experience in administration, proactive in standardizing and implementing company policy.
至少3年行政职位的全职工作经验,能积极主动地规范和执行公司的规章制度。
• Strong capability to learn and willing to grow; Result-oriented and responsible personality, proactively show initiative and makes time available to ensure competencies and specializations are kept up to date in line with business developments for self.
学习能力强,有上进心;以结果为导向,有责任心,能充分发挥主观能动性,能够根据目标分解进行规划,确保自身的能力及专长与业务发展保持同步。
• Willing to have business trip and take job rotation within operation department (if needed).
可以接受出差,和运营部门内部轮岗(如需)。
