We are looking for an experienced and talented professional who is ready to take on the challenge and assume the position of Marketing Director in a agricultural company. If you possess deep knowledge of agrocultural specifics in Russia or Kazakhstan and have experience working in Brand Management, this is an excellent opportunity for you :)
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of the agrocultural specifics or B2B/B2C
• At least 3 years of experience as a Brand manager
• Experience in team management, including mentoring
• Willingness for regular business trips
• English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
• Development of marketing strategies and implementation of the plan
• Creation and optimization of online and offline promotional channels and analysis of their effectiveness
• Understanding of brand marketing standards and their adaptation
• Interaction with consumer feedback
• Understanding and planning of budgets and expenses
• Achieving sales goals and key marketing indicators (KPIs)
