Qualification : Degree Holder ONLY
Key Skills Required:
• Minimum 10 Years in Oil and Gas with 5 Years in Drilling Engineering and operations
• Responsible for planning and executing drilling operations in oil and natural gas on land.
• Must engaged into Develop project execution strategy and overall drilling strategy by taking the lead to pursue with all disciplines involved in order to optimize well design, well costs and drilling schedule.
• Lead the planning and execution of the development drilling activities.
• Oversee Drilling Operation efficiency by constantly evaluating and analyzing the practices and procedures with other operators.
• Strong experience in Drilling and Workover Operations.
• Preparing of Tender Documents for Drilling and Workover Rigs.
• Contractor Performance Evaluation.
• Handled Subcontract Approval .
• Well Proposal Review .
• Knowledge of Well Design and Design.
• Check Review Engineering support to Operations Special Well Design Special Requirement for well Proposals Monitoring and Reporting of Drilling Performance.
• Qualification: Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
